The Fox Cities NCFL with the help of the Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau has reserved blocks of rooms at most hotels in Appleton, Neenah, and Kimberly. The blocks are for May 22-25 and you will need to reference that the block is associated with the "Forensics" tournament.

We strongly encourage you to book your hotel rooms, vehicle rentals and airline tickets as soon as practical. On Memorial Day weekend, Appleton is also hosting a large regional soccer tournament and the NCAA Division III World Series which draws 15,000 visitors to the Fox Cities! If you run out of room options, Oshkosh and Green Bay are approximately 30-40 minutes from most tournament sites; however, you will need to arrange for your own transportation.

Please note bus service to hotels in close proximity to each other will likely be provided at a common pickup location. We will make every effort to communicate that to you on this website; otherwise, look for "Kobussen" busses at hotels near yours. There may be more information on hotels available on the Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau website but we do not have control over that website. Below is the list of hotels they provided with notes on which hotels the NCFL plans to provide bus service to during the tournament. Please note that we cannot be responsible for providing service to and from the the airport(s). This service is only for service too and from hotels noted below.

Internet Service by Hotel - this list describes what internet service is available at each hotel including whether or not they have free walk-up computers in their lobby or business center.

Please notify us if you encounter a hotel that has filled. We have confirmed that hotels listed as "FULL" below no longer have rooms in the block.
